Mr. Ceste, who served as ATG’s general counsel and board member since 2006, has extensive experience in leading technology businesses. With a history of improving operational efficiency and driving innovation in an organization, he is a results-oriented leader well equipped to lead ATG through the next phase of the company’s growth.
His background includes more than 35 years in manufacturing companies where he held a variety of executive roles, including VP of Operations, VP of Sales & Marketing, VP of Business Development as well as President and CEO.
Mr. Ceste holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, and a Juris Doctorate from the Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is a licensed patent attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States International Trade Commission, and has been recognized as one of the Top 200 Trademark Firms. He also collaborated as an inventor on 19 patents in the areas of Internet of Things (IOT), connected kitchens, automated cooking platforms, and control technology.
Mr. Caldiero has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of ATG since 2004. He is also Chairman of The Sequoia Group, Inc., an investment company specializing in hotel development and aviation ventures. He is a veteran of the aviation industry, having served as Vice President for Northwest Airlines for 12 years. Prior to that, Mr. Caldiero served as Vice President and Assistant to the Chairman at the Marriott Corporation for 20 years, where he was involved in all aspects of Marriott, including hotel development, marketing, market development and planning..
Michelle Glenn, a Senior Professional in Human Recourses (SPHR Certified), is the Chief People Officer and is responsible for HR & IT administration within ATG. Michelle manages a team in support of the company’s leadership and growth objectives. Before joining the ATG team in 2011, Michelle started her career at Rewards Network where she grew into the position of Vice President of Human Resources during her for nearly 10 years at the publicly traded company. Michelle then provided HR and Benefits consults to small businesses with TriNet for 6 years. In her previous job roles, Michelle developed several initiatives, including organizational transformations, workforce planning, compensation, benefits and developing training programs.
