Aerospace Technologies Group, Inc. (ATG) the leader in aviation window shade systems, was recognized by Governor Rick Scott in a recent press conference hosted at the ATG headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. Governor Scott presented Mr. Simon Kay, President and CEO of ATG, the coveted ‘Governor’s Business Ambassador’ award in celebration of ATG’s industry success and overall contribution to Florida’s economic growth. In attendance were notable local and regional dignitaries including Governor Rick Scott, City of Boca Raton Mayor Susan Haynie, Palm Beach County Commissioner Steve Abrams and Andrew Duffell, President and CEO of the Research Park at Florida Atlantic University as well as a host of guests who have helped support and partner with ATG through the years.
Governor Scott said, “I am proud to celebrate Aerospace Technologies Group’s recent success in Florida and the creation of more than 50 new jobs over the past five years. Florida manufacturers like ATG are incredible job creators in our state, and we will continue to cut taxes and reduce burdensome regulations to help these businesses create more opportunities for out families. I look forward to seeing ATG continue to grow and invest in the Boca Raton community.”
