Aerospace Technologies Group, Inc. is a market leading transportation technology company. Founded in 1998, ATG is the premier developer and supplier of window shade systems for private and commercial aviation, and the largest Tier One supplier of window shade systems to OEMs worldwide. There are now more than 30,000 shade systems in service on more than 30 aircraft types in both commercial airline service and private aircraft.
We specialize in the rapid development and production of highly reliable, lightweight, and premium quality aircraft shade systems. We have multiple US and foreign patents pending, and our quality standards exceed most OEMs’ requirements and ATG is certified to AS9100:2009 Rev C and ISO9001:2008.
The introduction and certification of the Powertech Shade System in 2002 provided the industry with the first powered shade system designed specifically for the aircraft environment. Powertech was developed to meet not only the demanding performance standards of today’s OEMs and modification/completion centers worldwide, but also the most rigorous of international aircraft certification requirements.
Today we have more than 70,000 aircraft window shade systems installed on more than thirty aircraft platforms of all sizes, ranging from the iconic Learjet business jet to a 1959 McDonnell Douglas DC-6B (prop powered airliner) to today's largest and most advanced long-range passenger airplane: the Airbus A380.
Our advanced products - Powertech; Panacea; Tranquility; Modular; Synergy - have established ATG as the world leader for excellence in aircraft window shade product innovation, manufacturing, support, service and reliability.
Most of the leading aircraft OEMs feature ATG’s products, including Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Gulfstream, Cessna and Dassault Falcon Jet. In addition, many of the world’s leading premium airlines, including Emirates, Lufthansa, Qantas and Malaysia Airlines fly with ATG Powertech Shade systems.
